Sunday, April 18th 11am-12:30pm EST
In this workshop we will discuss the history of houseplants, how they came to be and what conditions allowed them to thrive indoors. We will focus on the three key elements of houseplant care: Light, Water, and Soil and discuss how to create your ideal environment to set your plants up for success.
Native origins, plant pests and diseases, fertilizing, repotting, and health benefits of plants will also be discussed.
The virtual lecture will include a Q&A section, but you may also email any questions in advance of the class to email@example.com.
As an added benefit for local New Yorkers, the class will include a free 2" starter plant that you can pick up from our Brooklyn location at 44 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249.
Participants will receive an email and link with details for joining the class 2 days before the class session.
