Tassy de Give has worked in the horticulture field for the past 15 years. She is a former co-owner of Sprout Home Brooklyn and the Plant Director for Glasswing Greenhouse. In 2015, she co-wrote her first book Rooted in Design. She currently teaches horticulture at the University of Washington’s Botanic Gardens.
Mehiko Kono has worked as a floral designer for the past 8 years and is a born and bred Williamsburg native. She specializes in minimalist floral arrangements for commercial interiors, but is excited to return to helping neighborhood clients and the thrum and chaos of running a local flower shop.
Shirley Bryant is a floral designer and lifelong New Yorker, who has wholeheartedly embraced her adopted neighborhood, “It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to bring community-oriented spaces to our neighbors with Geometry Kids and now Gardens. We love our little corner of the city, and are dedicated to keeping our neighborhood vibrant through small business.”
Jenny Zimmerman is not a gardener or florist, but is essential to the Geometry Team. Math is her specialty and she's worked in the finance sector for the past 15 years. When not crunching numbers, she enjoys hanging out with her three kids.
